Peanut Butter and Maple Fried Chicken Sandwich with Applewood Smoked Bacon on a French Baguette

































Rather than recipes from here on out, it'll more so be simple "how-to" updates. This sandwich was definitely one of my masterpieces. The trick is have great ingredients.

The other trick, is to mix the chicken's eggwash with a liberal amount of maple syrup before breading and frying. This adds an awesome sweetness and caramelly crunch...and when paired with a savory smoked bacon and textured crunchy peanut butter...you are left with a blissful sandwich that goes great with soup, sodas, and even a good ol' glass of milk.
